Where do I park if I am visiting or I have an appointment?
FIRST, see if one of the 3 visitor parking spaces in the lot at the front of the building are available.
IF NOT, please consider parking on-street at one of the many nearby metered spaces on North Water Street, West King Street or West Orange Street. The cost is $2 per hour.
In addition, there are 6 parking garages and 2 paid surface lots available within 2 blocks of the building

The on-site spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. All of our spaces have a white “Warehouse210 Visitors Only” parking sign.
What about parking for Members?
We currently have 14 parking spaces dedicated just for Members, with more being added soon. They are located immediately in front of Warehouse210 with another batch of spaces just two doors up the street. The on-site spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis. All of our spaces have a white “Warehouse210 Members Only” parking sign and are governed by our parking policy.
We allow parking for the following:
Private Office Members at Warehouse210 are able to park 24/7/365 in Members Only spaces
Private Office Members at dwell|30, 32, 34 N Water Street are able to park 24/7/365 in Members Only spaces
Apartment tenants at dwell|30 North Water Street are able to park after 6:00pm weekdays and all weekend till 7am Monday.
Conference Room Rentals are able to park per our discretion
Clients and Visitors of a Member are able to park24/7/365 in Visitors Only spaces
