In addition to Warehouse210, we have the old Haydn Zug’s restaurant, beautifully restored to private offices located right on the square in East Petersburg at 1987 State Street. We call this building State & Main and it has many of the same amenities.

We also a 3rd building located in downtown Lititz, on the corner of Main Street & Cedar Street, at 79 East Main Street. This building was built in 1756 and was the first apothecary in Lancaster County. We call this building Otto79.

State & Main and Otto79 are available for members of Warehouse210 to use if you need to meet someone at another location, need to use the bathroom, want a change of scenery, need to print something on the way to a meeting or maybe looking for a place to work between meetings.

We LOVE it here. We have been tenants since June of 2021, and have nothing but good things to say. The building is clean, safe, and an incredibly creative work environment. The rent is reasonable, especially when you consider all of the amenities. Steve is kind and works with us whenever we have requests. We are very thankful we found this workplace in such a perfect location!

Great, quiet place to work and study. Pricing is very fair. Amenities are excellent. The building has been beautifully restored and creatively furnished. Highly recommend.

Our NameSpark office has been at Warehouse210 for over 4 years and we love being there. The historic tobacco warehouse meets modern urban art vibe is so fun. My office is the perfect size and the owners are extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this space if you're looking for affordable office space options in Lancaster City.

I've been renting an office here since I left the "9-5" in 2015. (Sidebar: I knew that I wouldn't be able to focus and function in a home office, so I looked for a space in downtown Lancaster immediately before even trying working at home.) Warehouse 210 had exactly what I needed and what some other local options didn't provide at the time -- both a door and 24/7 access. I love the building itself -- it's a piece of history. You can't beat the location -- basically across the street from Market and within a short walk from many coffee and food options! The rates are reasonable for what you get -- a private office (although there are also open desk spaces available, too), meeting room access, printer/paper/copier, a kitchenette (with water, coffee & tea - as well as dishes/utensils for shared use), and PARKING (although I walk most days). The owners, Steve and Jen, are fantastic; they put a lot of thought and nice touches into both the physical space and what they offer to tenants -- and the local community. 210 was their first location, and it's been exciting to see them grow into Domain Lancaster. I really love having my own office outside the house; as a self-employed person, having a space to go to each day helps me feel more productive. I should add that I started out with a smaller office here, and moved to a larger one when it became available. Each room is different, so everything here has a bit of personality. (The photo I shared is looking into the office; the desk is obscured by the door, but there is a nice-size desk there!)

Great place to have an office in Lancaster city. Downtown and within 15 minute walk, max, to anything you could want. Awsome open environment to mingle with fellows but also prive office offer a getaway. The best of both worlds.
